The Method
Five steps, in order, every time.

Discover
We look for work that already has a budget line: jobs people pay for today with staff hours, spreadsheets or agencies. A problem without an existing payment is not a problem we take.
- 02
Validate
Every idea gets a fixed validation budget and a deadline before a product exists. If demand does not show up inside that budget, the idea stops there and the loss is capped at the amount we set in advance.

Build
A narrow first version that does one job properly, shipped in weeks. Scope that does not serve the first paying use case waits.
- 04
Launch limited
Access opens to a small group first. Pricing, support load and retention get measured on real accounts before we open the doors wider.
- 05
Scale or retire
The call is made on actual unit economics, not on hope. Products that earn get more capital. Products that do not are retired, with notice and an export for anyone using them.
